Frank is responsible for Silverado’s companywide risk management program, which includes Legal, Professional Insurance and Associate & Resident Safety. He brought his expansive skillset to Silverado in 2005 after having developed it working for a predominant Fortune 200 insurance company.
Thanks to Frank’s revised Policies & Procedures, the reduction in injuries for both associates and residents alike has had a tremendous positive impact. His creative and proven risk management programs have garnered him much attention, as he has been the recipient of numerous awards, including Risk & Insurance Magazine’s National PreVent Award and Assisted Living Federation of America’s (ALFA) Best of the Best Award. He has written several featured magazine articles and is a regular expert speaker and commentator at industry and business conferences throughout the country.
Among many other roundtables and committees, Frank is an active member of ALFA’s Government Relations & Legal roundtable, Defense Research Institute Assisted Living Committee and Workers’ Compensation Education Institute. He serves as the Governance Chair on the board of directors for Hope University.
Frank earned his BS from Arizona State University and his MBA from Webster University.
