Silverado Senior Living to Acquire Three Memory Care Communities in Illinois and Wisconsin
Following the acquisition of two CRL assisted living communities in Illinois and one in Wisconsin, Silverado continues its national expansion of memory care communities – making available its award-winning programs and employer-of-choice culture to more people.
(PRWEB) – May 31, 2013 – “As plans progress, we’ll continue to work diligently with CRL to ensure there is no lapse in care or coverage during the transition,” explains Silverado President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Loren Shook. “Ultimately, our goal is to always ensure the best possible care and enrich the lives of our residents, their families and our associates.”
This summer, Silverado plans to assume management of three CRL communities – including Arbor Ridge Manor and North Grove Manor in Illinois and Northfield Manor in Wisconsin.
With a continued focus on exceptional care and unmatched service, Silverado has been expanding its memory care, home care and hospice service lines over the last two years.
“We are incredibly proud of our growth and ability to develop and train skilled teams during this expansion,” explains Silverado Senior Vice President of Operations Michelle Egerer. “The lives we continue to enrich in new, and existing regions, is a testament to Silverado’s philosophy of care. And we will continue to offer this high level of service during and after this temporary transition period.”
In addition to the planned acquisitions, Silverado currently operates 25 memory care communities in seven states, with four more under construction in Arizona, Illinois, Texas and Wisconsin.
