When living at home is no longer an option for a loved one it doesn’t mean that their days at home are over.
All it means is that it’s time for a different home.

Ms. L's Story
Last night my mother in law passed away at Silverado Senior Living in Redondo Beach. She has lived at Silverado since August and because her health had deteriorated she was put on Hospice care. She was moved from the fourth floor to the second floor. On both floors, she had excellent, attentive care. We observed the caregivers helping other patients as well as my mother in law and they were patient, caring and competent.
It’s always a stressful situation to have to put a family member in a care facility but the staff made it much easier. A few names stand out in particular: Mary E. B, the LVN staff, and Alyson Y were excellent and should be commended for their kind and compassionate care. Throughout our stay there last evening, they offered us coffee and water. They asked us if they could get anything for us. Their kindness was very much appreciated.
