When living at home is no longer an option for a loved one it doesn’t mean that their days at home are over.
All it means is that it’s time for a different home.

Questions? Need Assistance?
My father went to live at the Silverado Senior Living Center one year ago. He was on hospice when he went there because he was not eating and was rapidly declining. Within a few months at the Silverado, he had gained 15 pounds was taken off hospice and is much better. There are many activities for him to engage in at the Silverado. He's a bit of a loner, and the staff there allows him the freedom to choose his own areas of interest. The Silverado staff has been sensitive regarding his roommates and have made me feel like he is an asset to their community. They brought him a birthday cake on his birthday. They call me when there's any change in his health. They have monthly meetings that I participate in via conference call as I live out of state. Other than his home (which is not possible), my father is where he should be. Thank you Silverado and their great staff.
