Celebrating Certified Nurse Assistants

Location : Home Office
Medicaldirectorconference ENRICHED

This month we’re taking a pause to recognize the CNAs who dedicate their energy to touching the lives of our residents and hospice patients. Throughout June, Silverado’s CNAs will be recognized and appreciated in various ways for all of their hard work.

Hear what Silverado Hospice team members have to say about the CNAs with whom they work:

“ Our CNAs are the heart of hospice. They provide so much support to the patients and their families. We receive compliments almost daily from family members on how thankful they are for their aides and all the wonderful things they do.” – Adria, Administrator, Utah

“I love our CNAs. They follow their plan of care in an excellent way at each visit, and then they consistently go the extra mile and provide extra support and services to the families they serve. Thank you!” – Missy, RNCM, Utah

“ I could not imagine hospice without our CNAs. They have the most difficult and labor intensive role on our team yet the closest connection with our patients because of their role. Your team is only as good as your CNAs!” – Paula, Regional Director of Operations

“Hospice CNAs are compassionate, caring and understanding during the end of life’s journey. We are extremely grateful for their dedication and devotion.” – Jennifer R., Administrator, Dallas

Silverado Certified Nurse Assistants help hospice patients with tasks of daily living, including meal preparation and dining, personal hygiene, light housekeeping and most importantly, companionship. CNAs also help to keep the medical care team informed of any changes in condition or other health-related matters.
