What an unforgettable evening we shared! The room came alive with singing, dancing, laughter, and delicious food as residents, families, and team members celebrated together at our Masquerade Ball.
The music stirred up beautiful memories, and for a few joyful hours, it felt like we had stepped back in time a nostalgic night filled with sparkle, smiles, and togetherness.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the night so special.
Every year Silverado families are surveyed by U.S. News & World Report about their experience with us. Here are just a few comments shared by verified Silverado Belmont Hills family members when surveyed:
“The greatest asset at Silverado is its real estate. It has spacious grounds where residents are free to ramble. And the weather mostly allows that. Inside, they’re free to explore all the communities and mingle with all the residents. Initially, I placed my loved one is a facility closer to home with nice outdoor areas but the doors were always locked. He could not walk out to a patio or even access the other communities in the building. When I moved him to Silverado, it was life-changing for him. He feels more independent and free. It was also very important that the place is dog friendly and Silverado truly is. My dog is welcome there and the residents generally respond positively to him. Two dogs live there and some residents have their dogs living with them. Being able to see our dog regularly is very important for my loved one’s quality of life.”
“Your family member will be treated with love . The overall ambiance is beautiful; especially having many different opportunities to interact in natural (outdoor) environments. I highly recommend Silverado BH for Memory Care.”
“Silverado is the best memory care that I have experienced I am so happy that my husband stayed there till the end of his life”
Many families shared the peace of mind they experienced when they finally chose Silverado after wrestling with feelings of guilt that comes from deciding to reach out for help. Even a family working together cannot replicate what an expert team of professionals who do this for a living and get to go home at night and rest can provide. Even superhuman strength eventually gives out. Once families make a move to Silverado and see that their loved one is better off and they can sleep again, the common refrain is, “I should have moved my loved one in earlier.” They are relieved to be the daughter, son, husband, or wife again and not the caregiver.
We want to reassure you that we understand that no one knows your loved one more than you do. We are the experts in what we do, having led the way in memory care for over 20 years. Families have shared they recognized that a delay in placement is a delay in care in treating this illness, and we know that a delay can result in a dangerous crisis for the exhausted caregiver or your loved one. Do not wait for an emergency. We invite you to give us a call at (650) 654-9700 and schedule a time to visit Silverado Belmont Hills.
In fact, we’re so confident that Silverado is the best choice to provide for your loved one’s needs we offer a satisfaction pledge unequaled in memory care.
