Providing care for a loved one with dementia is a selfless, noble act, but stress from it can lead to caregiver burnout and challenges with both physical and mental wellbeing. The Alzheimer's and Dementia Support Group is designed to help
support caregivers and loved ones by giving them a safe, understanding environment to share challenges and experiences with one another.

Facilitated by: Kamilla Maciel Tien graduated with a Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Aging from the University of California, Berkeley in 2015.
