The Silverado At Home Team decided to head over to Fremont and hike to the top of Mission Peak over the weekend to try and meet the team’s goal of over 10,000 steps a day. Tammy Won, our Life Care Manager and Wellness Coach took the lead and along with our Scheduling Coordinator Elyssa Rosete, Office Manager Viddy Zuniga and Administrator Kiel Stromgren, the team reached the peak and their goal of over 10,000 steps for the day!

The At Home team is striving to complete the Silverado Wellness Challenge. We have distributed pedometers to everyone and our goal is to reach 10,000 steps every day from February 1st to March 31st. The Mission Peak hike was just one of many activities and walks the At Home Team has put together and will continue to do as we look to meet our daily challenge!
