Chicago Tribune, Chicago, IL, November 11, 2015 - Last week Silverado Naperville hosted their inaugural Culinary Cook-Off. The Director of Culinary Services from each of our six Illinois and Wisconsin communities battled in a culinary show down. "'We wanted to showcase that we cook things like this for our residents every day,' said Justin Roth, Silverado Naperville's chef and director of culinary services who coordinated the event. 'We aren't just pulling things out of a box and popping them in the oven. We use fresh ingredients, have fresh produce delivered to us daily and make things from scratch.'
