Residents Make A Delicious Batch of Hatch Chile Jelly
Our residents recently picked fresh red peppers, green peppers and corn from our community garden to make a batch of Hatch Chile Jelly. With the help of our associates, the residents prepared the veggies and added it to the jelly. After all of the ingredients were put together, we put the jelly into mason jars and tied a beautiful Silverado ribbon and card to them. Each card said, “Made with love by Silverado Residents”. Our batch of Hatch Green Chile Jelly was made with fresh ingredients from our garden and is delicious served over cream cheese with your favorite cracker.
