"I Walked In and I Was Home"

7/31/2017
Location : Onion Creek

I walked in and I was home… and I knew when I brought my Dad over to Silverado Onion Creek that is what he would feel. My eighty-two year young and still very social Dad has Alzheimer’s. For the last year and a half he has lived at a nursing and rehabilitation facility. After careful consideration, evaluation, and many prayers, I knew I had to find a place that would focus on his future and long term memory care. Silverado’s philosophy, highly skilled and trained staff and the home-like environment is going to provide the care I want for my Dad. There has not been one individual that I have met that is not fully committed and has a passion for the job they are performing.
