On Veteran's Day the Memorial Ladies, Silverado Hospice volunteers, Virginia Cox and Gina Morette, personally presented our Veteran patients with a flag, a certificate, and a bag of dog tag cookies specially made by Marie Duffy. Sabra Egbert, Volunteer Manager coordinated this amazing event and ensured that everything went smoothly. The veterans were both surprised and honored as were their caregivers and families.

Special kudos to our volunteers at Silverado Hospice for putting smiles on the faces of our patients who served in the military.
