On the first night of Hanukkah, a traditional meal of brisket and latkes was prepared by our culinary team for all of our residents to enjoy. The lighting of the Menorah was followed by music by Mike Frankel, an accordion player and regular entertainer at Silverado Valley Ranch. Decorations and celebrations continued throughout the eight days of Hanukkah, including a Hanukkah themed BINGO game.
