The staff of Silverado Hospice South Houston works tirelessly to ensure customer satisfaction. One aspect of our customer service initiative is to solicit feedback from all referral sources regarding their level of satisfaction with the referral process, as well as the services provided to their patients.

To date, our program has received 100% satisfaction from all sources.

This level of satisfaction is thanks to the hard work and dedication of the entire team, who's goal is to ensure the process of referring to our hospice program is smooth and seamless - and that the care provided by the clinical staff exceeds expectations at all times.
