Nicole is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a BS in Liberal Studies, attended Nashville School of Law and has been a Licensed Nurse for 21 years.

She found her passion was in elder care, with experience in acute care, home care, operations management and memory care. Nicole is excited to be able to impact and support the highes quality of memory care, now joining the Silverado Franklin Team as the Director of Health Services.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and their children Addison, Sarah and Chandler.
