With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, senior living, sales leadership, training, and talent development, Jeff brings extensive expertise in relationship-based selling and guiding families through the memory care decision-making process.

Jeff earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and has dedicated his career to developing sales professionals and leaders. He is a frequent trainer, mentor, and speaker on sales effectiveness, leadership development, and building meaningful customer relationships. Jeff is passionate about helping associates grow professionally while ensuring families receive the guidance and support they need during one of life’s most important decisions.
