Le Riggs, BHSA, C-ALM, CDP

Le Riggs serves as Regional Vice President of Operations, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for Silverado’s memory care communities. She partners with home office, regional, and community leadership teams to strengthen operational excellence, develop high-performing leaders, and ensure each community reflects Silverado’s mission, values, and commitment to exceptional care.

Le joined Silverado in 2005, bringing extensive experience in senior care leadership across skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care. She holds a degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and has dedicated her career to advancing quality care and operational excellence for older adults. To further support the senior living profession, Le has served on the Texas Assisted Living Association Board of Directors since 2010 and previously served on the Governor’s Aging Texas Well Advisory Committee.

Throughout her career, Le has remained passionate about developing leaders, strengthening teams, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. She is committed to supporting Silverado’s mission of enriching the lives of those living with memory impairment and the associates who serve them every day.
