Her dedication to providing exceptional care and supporting residents’ well-being led to her promotion to Assistant Director of Health Services in 2023. Today, Lydia continues to be an integral member of Silverado Alexandria’s clinical leadership team, helping ensure residents receive compassionate, person-centered care while supporting the associates who make that care possible.
