Sheila first became a part of the Silverado family in 2007, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in assisted living and senior care. She earned her Master’s in Human Resources from the Chapman Brandman School of Business and has dedicated her career to serving older adults and supporting families through their care journey.
As Administrator of Silverado Brea, Sheila is passionate about dementia care and considers it a privilege to contribute to the happiness, dignity, and safety of residents at every stage of their journey. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to helping families navigate care decisions with confidence and ensuring a smooth transition into the right level of support for their loved ones.
Known for her approachable leadership style and meaningful connections with residents, families, and associates, Sheila believes that exceptional care begins with strong relationships and a deep commitment to serving others.
Outside of Silverado, Sheila enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and caring for their chickens and four dogs.
