Senior Vice President of Hospice Operations
Angela Collins is a dynamic leader with more than 20 years of expertise in hospice and palliative care. As Silverado’s Senior Vice President of Hospice Operations, Angela is responsible for guiding the growth and operational excellence of Silverado’s expanding hospice service line.
Previously, Angela served as Chief Nursing Officer at Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas, where she led all nursing functions, strategic initiatives, and regulatory compliance. Her background also includes key leadership roles such as Regional Vice President at Compassus and Director-level positions at Kindred at Home, Honor Hospice, and AccentCare, where she managed interdisciplinary teams and multimillion-dollar revenues.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming and earned her MBA from Baker College’s Center for Graduate Studies. She is both a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) and a Certified Hospice Administrator (CHA), bringing a rare blend of clinical insight and business acumen.
