Jeff Weil

Jeff brings more than two decades of operational leadership experience across hospice, home health and post-acute care. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations for California at VITAS Healthcare, where he led more than 1,000 employees across the company’s second-largest state. During his nearly four-year tenure, Jeff helped significantly reduce employee turnover by strengthening the organization’s connection to its mission and vision and fostering a culture rooted in genuine empathy. He and his team also guided all California programs through CHAP certification with no significant deficiencies while advancing clinical, sales and cultural performance.

Prior to VITAS, Jeff served as Division Vice President at BrightSpring Health’s Rehab Without Walls division, leading a nationwide business serving individuals with catastrophic injuries across 56 locations in 19 states. During his tenure, he supported significant organizational growth, completing 10 acquisitions through five transactions and opening more than 20 new locations in three years while maintaining associate turnover below 10%.

Jeff began his career as a physical therapist before transitioning into operational leadership. His clinical background, combined with extensive experience leading large, multi-state healthcare operations, gives him a valuable perspective on both the people receiving care and the teams entrusted to provide it.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys hiking the trails near his home on the Oregon coast, kayaking and building project cars.
