Silverado’s Angela Mouton Honored with 2025 Memory Care Innovation Award

Silverado is proud to announce that Angela Mouton, Senior Vice President of Supportive Care Operations, has been named a 2025 Memory Care Innovation Award winner by WTWH Healthcare. This recognition highlights leaders who are advancing new approaches in memory care and improving the quality of life for those living with dementia.

Angela has devoted more than two decades to supporting individuals and families facing the challenges of dementia at the end of life. Through her leadership in hospice care, she has championed programs that help patients maintain dignity, purpose, and comfort in their final days.

Today, Angela leads Silverado Supportive Care, where her focus has expanded to provide comfort and guidance earlier in the dementia journey. This program is designed to support individuals in the earlier stages of memory loss with specialized care that addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual needs—helping patients and families navigate their diagnosis with confidence and compassion.

Angela’s contributions reflect Silverado’s mission to enrich lives and redefine memory care at every stage of the disease. We congratulate her on this well-deserved honor and look forward to the continued impact of her work.
