We’re hiring a receptionist – a warm, organized, and service-oriented team member who helps create a welcoming environment for residents, families, and guests. This role blends professionalism, empathy, and multitasking to support our community’s front desk operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately
Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents
Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of experience interacting with the public via phone and in person
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on exceptional customer service
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable working around animals and pets
Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
Schedule: Full-Time, AM shift, Tuesday - Saturday
Anticipated pay range
$22—$24 USD
