Unanimous Approval for New Silverado Brea Memory Care Community
Construction to begin as early as January 2018
I’m pleased to share that the Brea City Planning Commission unanimously approved plans for a two-story, 16,000 sq. ft. Silverado memory care community on the corner of Lambert Road and Peppertree Drive. The community will generate approximately 85 new jobs to support the care of more than 80 people living with dementia and other memory-impairing conditions — giving us a new opportunity to change lives!
Since founding Silverado 21 years ago, we have been at the forefront of innovative care for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, and for the first time we are bringing that care to north Orange County. Silverado Brea will mark our fourth memory care community within the county, joining our existing communities in Tustin, Costa Mesa and San Juan Capistrano.
Already, this new development has gained the support of local healthcare leaders, residents and others who recognize the need for the world-class memory care for which Silverado is known.
