Aaron Sanchez

Aaron began his journey with Silverado at Silverado Beverly Place as a Social Work Intern, where he discovered his passion for serving older adults and supporting individuals living with neurocognitive disorders. Before joining Silverado, he provided therapy within the Glendale Unified School District and gained valuable case management experience in healthcare, working closely with families. Aaron holds a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University and is an Associate Clinical Social Worker. He also earned his BA in Communicative Disorders from Cal State LA and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Aaron’s work is driven by a commitment to serving vulnerable populations—whether guiding underserved high school students through the college application process or supporting individuals living with dementia. Dedicated to improving quality of life, Aaron strives to make a meaningful difference in his community through both his professional work and volunteer efforts.

Outside of Silverado, Aaron enjoys playing and watching soccer and football, and is a devoted husband and proud new father.
