Alejandro brings over 16 years of experience enriching the lives of seniors to the Silverado family. With a strong culinary background, he spent more than a decade training under two master chefs in Washington, D.C. Alejandro is passionate about the art of cooking and finds joy in mentoring others, always eager to share his knowledge and help team members grow in their careers.
Alejandro’s passion for serving seniors began during his time at a military distaff retirement home in Washington, D.C. There, he formed meaningful bonds with residents—many of whom were World War II veterans—and was deeply moved by their stories and life experiences. It was in this role that Alejandro recognized the importance of honoring and giving back to those who have sacrificed so much for their communities. “I love to be the voice for seniors,” he shares.
Outside of Silverado, Alejandro is a proud husband and father of four. His family recently relocated from Houston, Texas to Kansas, inspired by his passion for serving seniors and the opportunity to join the Silverado team. Together, they enjoy exploring new places—and Kansas has already proven to be a wonderful place for new adventures.
