Antwan brings over 20 years of hands-on experience and leadership in HVAC, facilities management and mechanical engineering to his role as Director of Plant Operations at Silverado Barton Springs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi, as well as an LVN certification from Career Point College.
As both a certified mold specialist and Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Antwan uniquely combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to compassionate care—an essential balance in a memory care setting. He is dedicated to maintaining a safe, efficient and comfortable environment for residents and associates.
Originally from Memphis, TN, Antwan moved to Austin, TX in 2008 with his wife of 22 years. He’s a proud father of twin daughters currently in college, along with a 5-year-old and a 3-year-old who keep him on his toes. A die-hard football fan and former college player, Antwan brings the same team spirit and determination to his work as he did on the field.
