Beiyna “Bee” joined the Silverado family in 2022, bringing nearly 12 years of nursing experience and a strong commitment to compassionate, person-centered care. She began her nursing career in 2013 as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, supporting residents in assisted living and memory care communities throughout Southern California. These early experiences shaped her hands-on approach and dedication to quality care.
Over the years, Beiyna developed extensive expertise in medication management, care coordination, and team support, which continue to inform her leadership style today. After earning her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2024 and obtaining her RN licensure in 2025, she transitioned into her current role as Director of Health Services. She is currently continuing her education at Grand Canyon University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an anticipated graduation in 2026.
In her role, Beiyna finds great fulfillment in supporting residents, families, and associates with empathy, understanding, and clinical excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, practicing self-care, and spending time with her loved ones and her dog, Alfie.
