For the past decade, Chenika has focused her career on advancing dementia care. She has completed extensive specialized training and has led educational programs that equip associates with the skills needed to build meaningful connections with people living with dementia. Her approach centers on fostering dignity, purpose, and joy through thoughtfully designed engagement experiences that honor each resident’s unique life story and abilities.
