Crystal Askew has dedicated her career to serving and advocating for the Senior population and their families.
Crystal’s journey began in 2009 when she stepped into the role of Activity Director for a large non-profit senior center in South Florida, where she discovered her passion for enriching the lives of older adults. From there she expanded expertise as a Case Manage and Medicaid Specialist. In 2014, she transitioned into Senior Living, bringing that same heart-centered approach to a new chapter of her career.
In 2019, Crystal relocated to Nashville and successfully opened two new communities and continued to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their loved ones.
As a Family Ambassador for Silverado, Crystal believes in Silverado’s guiding principle: a culture of love is greater than fear.
