Danielle graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College in upstate New York and has been practicing medical social work since 2017. She has experience supporting older adults across multiple levels of care, including hospital case management, long-term care, assisted living, in-home primary care and palliative and hospice services.
Danielle’s passion for social work is rooted in advocating for older adults and their families as they navigate the challenges of aging, mental health, medical comorbidities, end-of-life care and the progression of dementia. She is deeply committed to helping individuals feel supported, informed and cared for throughout their journey.
Outside of her professional service, Danielle is a mother of three sons and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She is an NFL fan—cheering for both the Broncos and the Commanders—and appreciates quiet moments devoted to self-care, cooking and reading. Danielle is also a proud U.S. Air Force veteran.
