Herman O. Whitaker, M.A., is an author, speaker, trainer, and U.S. Army veteran with 36 years of experience in higher education. He has served as a College President, Regional Vice President, and National Director of Admissions. Holding a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, he has dedicated his career to developing people and strengthening teams, with a focus on Servant Leadership – placing the dignity, growth, and success of others at the heart of leadership.
An award-winning Toastmaster, Herman has delivered thousands of hours of leadership, sales, communication, and professional development training across the United States and Canada. His contributions include authoring two sales training guides, developing training curricula, and mentoring emerging leaders. His approach emphasizes trust, accountability, and creating opportunities for others to grow.
As the author of The Architecture of Servant Leadership series, Herman explores how self-awareness, compassion, and service shape effective leadership.
