Katrina joined the Silverado Bellingham team in 2026, bringing with her a long and dedicated history with Silverado. She began her career as a caregiver and became a nurse in 2011, inspired by her passion for serving individuals living with memory impairment. In 2014, she stepped into the role of Director of Health Services at Silverado Peoria and later at Silverado Onion Creek, where she quickly became known for her clinical leadership and compassionate approach.
In 2017, Katrina was promoted to Regional Director of Health Services, supporting and mentoring clinical leaders across multiple Silverado communities nationwide. Her guidance strengthened care teams and reinforced Silverado’s commitment to clinical excellence and resident-centered care. After returning to Washington state in 2021 and back to Whatcom County in 2025, she is thrilled to continue her journey with the Bellingham team.
Katrina shares that she loves working for Silverado because she treasures the residents and the opportunity to hear their stories and life experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, exploring art and music, and spending time with her three dogs.
