Megan Fritz-Wash

Megan Fritz-Wash brings nearly a decade of experience in senior living, with a background that spans assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and hospice. She joined the Silverado Alexandria team in 2021, building on her strong foundation in therapeutic programming and community operations. Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from York College of Pennsylvania, where she first discovered her passion for serving older adults and their families.

Since joining Silverado Alexandria, Megan has held several leadership roles, including Nexus Program Director, Director of Resident Engagement, and Family Ambassador. Through these positions, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of resident-centered care, meaningful engagement, and the importance of strong family partnerships. Her leadership reflects Silverado’s commitment to providing enriching experiences and individualized support for those living with memory impairments.

Megan completed Silverado’s Administrator Leadership Training Program in 2023 and is a licensed Assisted Living Administrator through the Virginia Board of Long-Term Care Administrators. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional care while guiding families through every stage of the journey with compassion and transparency. Megan lives with her husband and two daughters and enjoys attending hockey games, exploring new restaurants, and taking family road trips.
