Morgan Whinery is honored to serve as Executive Director of Silverado Berkeley. Her passion for senior living began at the age of 16, when she started her career as a caregiver. Since then, she has grown through a variety of leadership and support roles, each one strengthening her commitment to residents, families, and the teams who care for them.
Originally from Oklahoma, Morgan brings with her strong values rooted in compassion, integrity, and service. For her, senior living is more than a profession—it is a true calling. She believes deeply in creating environments where residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home.
As Executive Director, Morgan is dedicated to fostering a warm, engaged, and supportive community where families feel confident and connected, and team members feel empowered, valued, and inspired to do their best work.
Morgan is grateful for the warm welcome she has received at Silverado Berkeley and looks forward to building meaningful relationships while continuing to elevate the experience for everyone who calls the community home.
