Pat’s passion for supporting others through every stage of life has shaped her dedicated career in senior care. She earned a degree in kinesiology from Texas Woman’s University, where she contributed to a published clinical study focused on mobility and Parkinson’s disease. She later completed her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Concorde Career College, graduating as valedictorian and serving as class representative.
Pat’s career spans skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, outpatient care, neuro rehabilitation, and acute care—providing her with a broad, compassionate understanding of the care journey. She joined Silverado at the opening of the Barton Springs community as Director of Rehabilitation and later transitioned into community leadership as Director of Engagements. After completing Silverado’s Administrator in Training program, she stepped into her current role as Administrator.
Working with individuals living with memory impairment holds special meaning for Pat. Having supported her own grandmother through Alzheimer’s, she considers serving those in memory care both a personal calling and a true honor.
Born and raised in Texas, Pat relocated to Austin in 2019 with her husband, Ian. They welcomed their daughter, Lilly, in 2021. Outside of work, Pat enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, visiting Hill Country wineries, and working toward a family goal of visiting every U.S. national park.
