Sante joins the Silverado family as the Assistant Director of Health Services, where she is dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centered care for residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. In her role, she combines clinical expertise with leadership by overseeing care planning, collaborating with families and supporting a team of caregivers to ensure the highest quality of life for every resident.
Sante is especially proud to be part of Silverado because of the organization’s commitment to innovation and to fostering a meaningful community for both residents and associates.
Outside of Silverado, Sante is a devoted Raiders fan and dog mom to two pups—Max, a silver lab, and Momo, a Dogo Argentino.
