With extensive experience across the senior care industry—including medical sales, home care, memory care, assisted living and senior placement—she brings a unique perspective that blends whole-person wellness with compassionate, individualized care. Shannon holds certifications as a Dementia Practitioner, Senior Specialist and Community Educator and actively contributes to organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association Southland Chapter, Leeza’s Care Connection and the Senior Education Resource Group.
As a trusted connector in the senior care community, Shannon is recognized for her ability to bring together families, healthcare professionals and resources to achieve the best outcomes for individuals living with dementia. At Silverado Calabasas, she serves as the bridge between the community, families and professionals who rely on it, using her expertise in senior placement, dementia education and community outreach to guide people through complex care decisions with clarity and empathy. Shannon’s mission is to ensure that every person she meets feels informed, supported and confident in their care journey.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, hiking scenic trails, exploring new cuisines, reading, binge-watching her favorite TV shows and learning about different cultures.
