With a strong background in senior living, admissions and customer service, Shanyn blends empathy with expertise as Senior Family Ambassador at Silverado Escondido. She partners with families, health care providers and community professionals to help those living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias find a safe, supportive place to thrive. Working closely with nurses, social workers and life enrichment specialists, Shanyn ensures smooth admissions and lasting connections that truly enhance residents’ quality of life, while also collaborating with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and case managers to expand access to compassionate memory care.
Shanyn guides residents and families through every stage of the transition—from first inquiry to move-in and ongoing support. She’s passionate about providing resources, building trust and ensuring each resident’s dignity and individuality remain central to every decision.
Outside of Silverado, Shanyn loves exploring North County’s beaches and trails, volunteering locally, and spending time with family, friends and her dog Beretta—her daily work companion.
