Shaquetta joined Silverado in 2022 as a caregiver, bringing over 15 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on dementia care since 2006. Her passion for caregiving began at a young age, accompanying her mother, a licensed practical nurse, to work. Throughout Shaquetta’s career, she has excelled in various roles, including Medication Technician and Assistant Residential Care Manager. Her dedication and hard work at Silverado quickly earned her a well-deserved promotion where she continues to demonstrate her commitment to delivering exceptional care and enriching the quality of life for every resident.
Outside of Silverado, Shaquetta enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading and cooking.
