Shelley is the Community Ambassador for Silverado Escondido, where she is dedicated to building meaningful relationships and serving as a trusted resource for healthcare professionals, community partners, and families navigating Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory care.
With a background in admissions for behavioral health, substance use disorder, and mental health treatment, Shelley is passionate about connecting people with the support and resources they need. She believes authentic relationships, genuine compassion, and a servant-hearted approach are the foundation of exceptional care, and strives to be a trusted partner for referral sources and a compassionate guide for families throughout their journey.
Shelley’s passion for memory care is deeply personal, having supported both her grandmother and father through their journeys with dementia. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, yoga, living an active lifestyle, and spending time with her dog, Mila, especially at Dog Beach.
