Summer is a dedicated nurse and advocate with a passion for supporting residents and families through life’s most challenging moments. She earned her BSN and RN credentials in 2015 and began her career as an operating room nurse in a multi-specialty setting, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and clinical operations.
In 2018, Summer’s father was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and she became his full-time caregiver. This deeply personal experience inspired her to focus on making a meaningful impact in patient care and advocating for families navigating terminal illnesses.
Outside of work, Summer enjoys music and athletics, but her greatest passion is sharing her love and compassion with those in need.
