Tyler brings over 11 years of maintenance experience to the Silverado family. He holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Kansas and is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for residents. At Silverado, Tyler is often found leading the Men’s Club, encouraging residents to stay active and purposeful by putting their skills to use through hands-on projects around the community.
After a career in manufacturing, Tyler felt called to pursue work that offered deeper purpose—ultimately leading him to serve the residents at Silverado. His connection to dementia is personal, having spent time with his grandfather who lived with the disease, making his role at Silverado a truly full-circle moment.
When he’s not at Silverado, Tyler can usually be found cheering on his favorite Kansas City teams—the Chiefs, Royals and Jayhawks, to name a few. A former well-known soccer player during his time at the University of Kansas, he continues to fuel his passion for the sport by playing regularly at the Kansas City Soccer Dome.
