Becky Schoof holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and brings more than 10 years of experience in various areas of Human Resources. Her diverse background includes experience in both healthcare and manufacturing, giving her a well-rounded perspective on supporting employees and organizations.
Becky joined Silverado because of her compassion for working with seniors and her desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others. She is passionate about supporting employees and helping create a positive environment for both employees and the residents they serve.
Outside of work, Becky enjoys spending time with her family. As a proud mother of five, she especially enjoys attending their activities and celebrating their milestones. She also loves watching movies, getting together with her best friends, and traveling.
