Raised in the small town of Seguin, Texas, Ana has built her career on compassion, leadership, and a deep commitment to serving seniors. She has held a wide range of roles—including caregiver, Med Tech, clinical secretary, and multiple leadership positions—and has even successfully operated a memory care community without an on-site nurse. Each experience strengthened her passion for advocating for seniors and ensuring they receive the dignity, support, and quality of life they deserve.
Ana’s journey with Silverado began in 2019 while working through an agency. From the moment she walked through the doors, she connected with Silverado’s culture, mission, and heart, and knew it was where she wanted to grow and make a lasting impact.
Outside of work, Ana cherishes time with her grandchildren and creating meaningful memories with her family. Whether through spontaneous road trips or quiet moments together, these experiences keep her grounded, grateful, and inspired as she continues to dedicate her career to making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
