Janine Hearn is delighted to serve as the Family Ambassador for Silverado Brea. She brings both personal experience and more than 12 years of professional work supporting people living with dementia. Her background is primarily in in-home care with a strong focus on dementia, and she previously owned and operated an in-home care business in Colorado for four years.
Janine is trained as a facilitator with the Alzheimer’s Association and has led support groups for care partners and individuals living with early-stage dementia for the past six years. Through this work, she has built meaningful relationships while providing education, guidance, and emotional support to families navigating the dementia journey.
Before beginning her career in senior care, Janine spent many years as a tennis coach, a role that continues to be one of her passions. She is excited to be part of the Silverado Brea community and is committed to making a genuine, positive difference for residents and their families.
