US News & World Report, a trusted resource for consumers, recently released their list of “best memory care” communities for 2026-27, and twenty-two (22) Silverado communities earned the recognition!
U.S. News awards the designation of “best memory care” only to those communities that satisfy U.S. News’ high standards from consumer satisfaction surveys administered during 2025, so this honor is based upon feedback from verified families whose loved ones have received care. Even more impressive is that this was the fifth year in a row on the list for ten of the communities!
Based on resident and family satisfaction surveys, Silverado also achieved an industry-leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 72, further underscoring the trust families place in our communities and the consistency of the experience we provide. In the healthcare industry, a score of 60+ is widely considered to be world-class, and places us in good company alongside companies such as Apple and Amazon.
