Verified U.S. News family reviews
Every year Silverado families are surveyed by U.S. News & World Report about their experience with us. Here are just a few comments shared by verified Silverado Hermann Park family members when surveyed:
"For families caught up in the muddled world of Memory Care Facilities, Silverado Herman Park is a godsend! They truly care about each resident (and their families) offering up more activities & outings than youth summer camps. Special hearts abound in the entirety of all staff (nurses, administrators, caregivers, etc) I know my sister is receiving the best care possible, in a home-like environment & I am so grateful. VIP for me is 24/7 access & quick response to any question or concern of mine." "After visiting many potential places for my husband we chose the Silverado because of its home like atmosphere, safety and security, and ratio of patients to staff" "My brother was reluctant to move here at first, but because of the welcoming staff and the encouragement to socialize and become acquainted with other residents, he now considers this his home where he truly feels loved and respected. Thank you Silverado Hermann Park." "I was amazed by how quickly Silverado worked to admit my loved one who was in a very bad situation. We were all warmly welcomed (even an apple pie!). I was relieved that in less than four days, my loved one was admitted and would be safe and cared for. Thank you, Silverado!"To read more, please visit the U.S. News & World Report official website.
