Every year Silverado families are surveyed by U.S. News & World Report about their experience with us. Here are just a few comments shared by verified Silverado Bellevue family members when surveyed:

“We spent several years trying to find the best memory care facility for my mother since her partner passed away. She had her care challenges and she lived in several different communities trying to find the best fit for her. Ever since she moved into Silverado of Bellevue I knew we made the right choice. It has been a blessing and by far the best living environment for my mother. We can finally relax knowing that she is getting the best care possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Silverado to other families who are dealing with a loved one with memory loss.”

“From day one the staff have genuinely cared for and provided services for my mom that leave her feeling respected and cared for. She is their biggest fan and seems to be enjoying every moment.. Finding Silverado has been a great comfort to our entire family. You can use my first name if you would like.”

“The people who work at Silverado choose to dedicate their time and lives to serving those in need. I am deeply grateful for their choice to serve my Father and thus our family.”

“Silverado Bellevue surpasses expectations with expertly trained staff, unwavering positivity, and a commitment to personalized care. From endless engaging activities to accompanying residents to medical appointments, the attention to detail and ‘yes’ attitude create an environment that feels like a true home. As someone living out of state, the assurance that my sister receives dedicated support during hospital visits adds immeasurable peace of mind. Silverado Bellevue goes above and beyond, making it a standout choice for exceptional memory care.”

“Over the long cognitive condition of my wife at three different facilities, Silverado has excelled in meeting my expectations, economically, adaptability wise and in the implementation of their system in providing a “home like” environment. Several employees there have met or exceeded my expectations in the performance of their services. I am well pleased with Silverado and plan on continuing there.”

    Why choose Silverado?

    Open/close panel
    Open/close panel

Many families shared the peace of mind they experienced when they finally chose Silverado after wrestling with feelings of guilt that comes from deciding to reach out for help. Even a family working together cannot replicate what an expert team of professionals who do this for a living and get to go home at night and rest can provide. Even superhuman strength eventually gives out. Once families make a move to Silverado and see that their loved one is better off and they can sleep again, the common refrain is, “I should have moved my loved one in earlier.” They are relieved to be the daughter, son, husband, or wife again and not the caregiver.

We want to reassure you that we understand that no one knows your loved one more than you do. We are the experts in what we do, having led the way in memory care for over 20 years. Families have shared they recognized that a delay in placement is a delay in care in treating this illness, and we know that a delay can result in a dangerous crisis for the exhausted caregiver or your loved one. Do not wait for an emergency. We invite you to give us a call at (425) 559-9115 and schedule a time to visit Silverado Bellevue.

In fact, we’re so confident that Silverado is the best choice to provide for your loved one’s needs we offer a satisfaction pledge unequaled in memory care.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
