Every year Silverado families are surveyed by U.S. News & World Report about their experience with us. Here are just a few comments shared by verified Silverado Rolling Hills family members when surveyed:
“Silverado Rolling Hills has been a godsend for our family. They’ve taken fantastic care of our loved one. The staff are great. They know every resident inside and out. The food is incredible and they encourage families to come and dine with their LO. We also really love the fact that every single staff member is trained in dementia care.”
“Before coming to Silverado, my husband had various awful experiences: a traditional hospital where he was restrained (literally tied to the bed); a ghastly dark crowded poorly staffed skilled nursing facility; a wholly inappropriate board and care home. Silverado is dedicated to dementia patients. This is obviously their specialty. They know what they are doing. I am confident that my husband is safe. I wish he could participate in more of the activities but this is a function of the state of his disease and not the staff. I have already recommended SV to family and friends.”
“We highly recommend Silverado Rolling Hills. The staff is wonderful and dedicated to making sure the residents are busy and happy. We very comfortable with our choice!”
Many families shared the peace of mind they experienced when they finally chose Silverado after wrestling with feelings of guilt that comes from deciding to reach out for help. Even a family working together cannot replicate what an expert team of professionals who do this for a living and get to go home at night and rest can provide. Even superhuman strength eventually gives out. Once families make a move to Silverado and see that their loved one is better off and they can sleep again, the common refrain is, “I should have moved my loved one in earlier.” They are relieved to be the daughter, son, husband, or wife again and not the caregiver.
We want to reassure you that we understand that no one knows your loved one more than you do. We are the experts in what we do, having led the way in memory care for over 20 years. Families have shared they recognized that a delay in placement is a delay in care in treating this illness, and we know that a delay can result in a dangerous crisis for the exhausted caregiver or your loved one. Do not wait for an emergency. We invite you to give us a call at (424) 488-0593 and schedule a time to visit Silverado Rolling Hills.
In fact, we’re so confident that Silverado is the best choice to provide for your loved one’s needs we offer a satisfaction pledge unequaled in memory care.
